The wall charger, even though it supports 35W charging, is much much smaller and compact than Samsung, MI and boat chargers which comes in the same watt range. It supports fast charging in my nothing phone1, while using the c to c cable that comes along with my phone and I am not facing any heating issue in this charging brick. The look and design is also attractive, looks like a product of CMF by ‘nothing’ brand. The feel and built quality is also good, solid materials are used.The only thing that worries me is this product’s warranty, which is not mentioned anywhere, not in the box or at Amazon website, whereas all other chargers that comes around this price range provides standard manufacturer’s warranty and that is the only reason why I gave a 4 star instead of 5. But apart from that I am happy with the product after using it for two days. Will update if anything goes wrong in the near future.

Disappointing After-Sales Service and Warranty Support
Product stopped working within a month.I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service for this product. It has been almost a month since I raised an issue, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish.Key Issues:1. No Timely Resolution: Warranty issues should ideally be resolved within a week or 10 days, but this company has no clear timelines or urgency in its processes.2. Inconvenient Proof Requirements: They require proof of a defective product, but how is a customer supposed to demonstrate that a non-functional product doesn’t work?3. No Pickup Service: Unlike most companies that offer pickup and delivery services, this company expects customers to arrange and pay for the delivery of the product to their service centre, which is completely unreasonable given their limited service centre network.4. Poor Communication: There is no contact number provided, and email responses are slow and require multiple follow-ups from the customer to receive even a single reply.5. Lack of Proactive Updates: Customers have to chase after updates, whereas most reputable brands inform customers proactively.It feels like they are unprepared to handle warranty claims, making the warranty almost meaningless. If they want to sustain in the market, they need to improve their product quality and, most importantly, their customer service. I would not recommend this product unless you’re willing to deal with constant follow-ups and poor service in case of issues.
