Exceptionally long lasting and reliable kettle
We’ve been using this kettle for almost 2 years now. It’s working like it worked on day 1 and we use it daily for heating water, even in summers. It is a very reliable product and I would purchase it again if my current one goes faulty. I got it for 1331/- in Aug 2021. This is priced a bit higher than some budget kettles also having the same 1500 watt power. But I’d say considering the brand name, the reliablity and durability, this one is a complete value for money product in the long run. There are no signs of wear and tear till now apart from some hard salt deposits on its water dispensing tip. The power on switch and the cap opening button still function properly.I’ve found a couple of minor cons though:-1. The power cord is a little small. You will have to place this very close to your electric socket.2. The power plug of this kettle is a normal (small one) sized plug which can fit your usual 5A sockets. Due to the lack of knowledge, we’ve been using it in a normal 5A socket and now that socket has started giving crackling/sparking noises. I would strongly suggest to use this in a 16A socket because the power consumption is very high and it exceeds the capacity of the normal ones.
