When product comes with quality check after that they send product to customers than how product not working?Something fitish is happening. Seller is bluffing customers BEWARE!!!!I RECEIVED PRODUCT AND IT WAS NOT WORKING , NOT WORKING, NOT CHARGING NOT SWITCHING ON. god know how much backup it will provide because it was not working so i was not able to check to give performance review here.So I replaced it..Replacement (pending) to give another chance!! as Resonate company is know for it’s product top quality & performance. But here seller is trying to make misuse of Amazon Platform & Resonate repotation. Again telling beware with this seller. And Requesting Amazon to take action on this seller & do the needfull for us. ðOnce I’ll recieve the replaced product I’ll give my honest review for this replacement about seller, product performance and my personal suggestion for people going to purchase it.Thank You For reading my review.

RESONATE Refurbished Router UPS: This Seller is CHEATING, product does not give you even 5 min of power backup.Do not ever buy this.I charged it 6 hours and carefully noticed, it does not give power backup to router, even for 5 minutes.This router UPS turns off within 2 to 5 minutes.Expected power backup time is 3 to 4 hours, at least 1 hour or 30 minutes.Better buy a new one.

This item failed twice. I got it returned through Amzon first time. Second time, the folks refuse to replace. No response from devicekart@gmail.com and when called he always says it will be picked up and replaced. But never did. Don’t recommend this product at ll
