Customers say
Customers praise the power bank’s build quality, design, and battery life, noting it holds four times its capacity and has a beautiful black appearance. The charging speed receives mixed feedback – while it supports 18W fast charging, some customers report it takes a while to reach 100%. Moreover, the value for money and output port functionality are also mixed aspects, with some finding it good value while others consider it a waste of money, and many reporting issues with the Type C port not working. Additionally, customers find the power bank heavy and bulky.

Reviewing after 4 months of use
** Takes 7-8 hours to completely charge and then charging my Redmi 11 at least 3 times.** Multiple port for charging is another facility.** Once charged completely, if not used for 10-12 days, still the charge retention is pretty good, almost 90%.** Little heavy weight but i guess it’s fine at this price range.** Just plug or disconnect, no on-off button to initiate the device. LED indicator states how much power left.** Casing is good , made of plastic type material however a rubber body grip or slightly stronger body would have given a smoother experience.

Decent Power Bank, But Battery Life Disappoints
Iâve been using the Redmi 20000mAh Power Bank since last year, and while it has some solid features, the overall performance didnât quite meet my expectations â especially when it comes to how long the charge actually lasts.ð Charging & PerformanceIt supports 18W fast charging, and that works well â it charges phones fairly quickly and has both USB Type-C and Micro USB input options, which is convenient. It also has a low power mode for smaller devices like smartwatches or earbuds, which is a nice touch. However, the big issue is the actual battery backup. Despite being rated at 20000mAh, it doesnât feel like it holds enough power. I barely get 2 full charges on my phone, and after that, it drops fast. Definitely not what youâd expect from this capacity â the performance just doesnât live up to the numbers.âï¸ Design & BuildThe power bank is sleek and has a clean matte black finish that looks good and resists fingerprints. Itâs a bit on the heavier side, but thatâs expected with high-capacity banks. The build feels solid overall.â Pros:Supports 18W fast chargingDual input (Type-C & Micro USB)Sleek design and solid buildLow power mode for smaller devicesâ Cons:Battery doesnât last as long as advertisedFeels more like a 12000â15000mAh capacity in practiceSlightly bulky for everyday carryFinal Verdict:The Redmi 20000mAh Power Bank is a decent option for fast charging and multiple device support, but if youâre buying it for long-lasting power, you may be disappointed. For short trips or occasional top-ups, it does the job â just donât expect true 20000mAh performance.

in starting it feels like a great product, but with time passes it started to get swollen
The power bank has two USB-A ports and one USB-C port, so you can charge multiple devices at the same time. It also has a built-in LED flashlight, which is a nice bonus. However, one issue with the power bank is that it has been known to swell over time. This is a problem with many Li-Po batteries, and it is not specific to the Redmi power bank. If you notice that your power bank is swelling, it is best to stop using it and dispose of it properly.Overall, the Redmi 20000mAh Power Bank is a great option for people who are looking for a high-capacity power bank with fast charging capabilities. However, it is important to be aware of the potential for swelling. Here are some pros and cons of the Redmi 20000mAh Power Bank:Pros:High capacityFast chargingMultiple portsBuilt-in flashlightCons:Can swell over timeNot the most compact power bankBottom line:The Redmi 20000mAh Power Bank is a great option for people who are looking for a high-capacity power bank with fast charging capabilities. However, it is important to be aware of the potential for swelling. If you are looking for a power bank that is less likely to swell, you may want to consider a power bank with a Li-Ion battery.its been 2 years i am still using it but its performance has been dropped tremendously
