Knots weren’t tied right
The first time I tried to pull my phone out using the hook, the string came completely undone! Luckily I was able to catch my phone before it hit the ground. This seems like a major design flaw and makes the lanyard unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re willing to re-tie the knots yourself.
