Do not buy this product.
I just received my soundbar 3820a pro 2 hours ago, the box inside was not sealed and the product was dead hence not turning on so I took it to my local service center without wasting any time. They checked and told me the PCB inside was dead but they can service it and fix it. But I did not want to get it serviced as it was all new product I had just recieved from Amazon an hour ago so I tried to get it replaced from Amazon only. But there was no option to return or even replace it. Now this was new to me as I knew you cannot return electronics products as er Amazon policy but even for replacement the customer care executive directly denied it saying they cannot/will not replace the product until the service center gives a written DOA letter (for which the service center denied to give even after the Amazon customer care executive spoke to zebronics official service center directly over phone). So here I was stuck with a brand new dead soundbar unable to replace/return. At the end I had to give it to the service center for repair as Amazon refused to provide any kind of support. Totally lost all faith from Amazon today. Never gonna buy any electronic item from Amazon ever again.

Good speaker performs great with alexa
My use case scenario- listen to bhajans, watch tata sky and ott showsGreat sound quality for a small room, crisp dialogue output with clarity, which enriches your movie viewing experienceLacks thumping base but is not my priorityAlexa integration is done well, makes easy to listen to songs, hear news, operate smart bulb, plugs etc.Some annoying things:Speaker welcome sound is set at max volume, which should have set at minimum volume.Setup was simple but can be annoying if you don’t know the hdmi know-howI have connected tv with soundbar through hdmi cable provided inbox( which should be connected with arc port both in tv and soundbar)As I use tata sky which was connected through hdmi cable, connecting soundbar after that did not produce any sound which made me think cable was defective and buying another cable.But the thing is first you have to connect soundbar to the tv then the tatasky.Also sound output through 3.5 mm aux cable is not good.Bluetooth sound output is great, but gets disconnected after 10-15 minutes which is very annoying.Overall value for money soundbar at ₹6000
