1st item was damaged & 2nd item was good
1st item was not charging & working too & I think it was totally damaged, sameday replaced 😡 & replaced white product is good quality & working hope it will run for long days

The vacuum is not as powerful as it is described in the add. The battery drains in couple of times use. The suction is not all that powerful.
