Nice product
Battery is good, able to charge my laptop with only 1 point drop, so 25%. And charging time was almost as fast as electrical charging, say within 2+ hours. So this can be your power source for C type charging laptops in case of power crisis. For travel this is good, since 27k is ample supply. If you go to country where the connection or supply is different, this power bank can be handy, till you have correct power source. Only flaw is this is heavy, weighs near 1/2 kg, so be carefully when you pack your luggage for travel but 200+gms compromise is worth considering its usage. Phone charging is also very good. However you may need to invest in fast charging cables.

The manufacturer replaced the device – now it’s good
At first I put 1 star – because the product immediately broke within a couple of months after purchase – it just lay on the shelf and when I needed to use the power bank – it did not work, the support service did not respond at first – I wrote for several weeks. In the end, I was able to normally leave a request for a replacement through the official website of the manufacturer – and they also answered me by mail. The courier arrived – took the goods – found out that the device was broken not due to my fault – and the manufacturer made an exchange with a bonus from their company.Honestly, I really liked the bonus – that I decided to change the rating of this product to 4 stars – my MacBook, this power bank charges well several times. For some reason, this power bank cannot charge several devices at the same time – even if these devices consume very little energy. In general, it works well, beautiful design and easy to use – and most importantly, it charges the MacBook quietly – however, for this I had to buy a good 100A cable, the standard one included with the power bank is not suitable for charging the MacBook.

One of the best power banks I own
The power bank charges phones really fast and the battery of the power bank lasts for quite a bit.However there was a problem with my power bank as one of the usb ports is not working. After going on the website to register a complain, I realised that after filling the form and clicking submit, the page just redirects me to the homepage without submitting the form. I have attempted to is at least 20 times over the last three weeks. Regarding the same, i got in touch with them on WhatsApp first, only to constantly be talking to bots that were of no help. Eventually I emailed them the problem along w my information to resolve it. In details I explained the issue as well as provided the info said form requires as thereâs an issue with their site and I canât submit it there.There customer care on email is as good and helpful as speaking to a 2 year old toddler. In fact I think the toddler might be able to actually help you out. Not only have I had to explain the problem over and over again a million times, the only response I get almost robotically is â we have not received your message. â I finally gave up provided them my number and requested them to arrange a call back on my number which they have not bothered to do.Be try sad to know that a company providing such great products has one of the worst customer care service and zero help to provide with product defects/warranty etc. as much as I love this product, I will definitely not be ordering again solely based on the ridiculous post sale service
