Top quality with battery limitations
Video door bell is very nice. All the features and useful and working well. Way better than Qubo.Only drawback is battery life. Also TP Link doesn’t sell spare battery separately which is a minus. Hope they start selling it in future. One star less for battery.

Very Useful Product – Fully satisfied
I had been looking for something like this for a long time.This served my purpose perfectly. There was no need to do any wiring and no need to disfigure the walls.Fully battery operated.Motion sensing works perfectly. Records promptly when motion is detected. Allows to view live through the app.Its been 2 and half months since purchase and currently battery is at 40%. Battery may not last upto 180 days as mentioned. However, even if lasts for 4 months without charge its really great.Performance is amazing.

I used to use a qubo doorbell before. This is way smarter than that. If it would have been electric connection based, this product would have been first class.All the accessories to install use and operate the doorbell comes along with the package. Tapo app is clean and great to use.If all is good then why 3 stars? The main problem in this device is that it runs on battery and when the battery runs out, charging takes hours. During this time there is no doorbell for your house. They should sell replacement battery along with the product.

Itâs been only 3 months and it does not even switch on. Itâs poor quality. Itâs fully charged but doesnât switch on only.Poor customer service no one reverts. I have emailed but there is no response.Itâs such an expensive and important item for a household but these guys are selling just products that will make your life worst.The customer care number is not mentioned only option is to send feedback on app. The email id is given somewhere on google where you will have to wait for days.Not considering at all that a doorbell bought is of extreme importance in a home.I would not recommend this to be bought if youâre looking for something which will ease your life.

Ich habe schon sehr viele Geräte von Tapo und bin immer wieder zufrieden und überzeugt.Ich habe die Klingel ausgepackt…installiert und angebracht. Alles ging sehr einfach und schnell. Die Einstellung sind intuitiv und einfach umzusetzen.2 Tage später konnte ich sie auch gleich schon live testen. Ich war nicht zu Hause, es hat geklingelt und ich bekam sofort eine Benachrichtigung. Per “Anruf” konnte ich mit dem Besucher Kontakt aufnehmen und alles klären. Genauso sollte es sein.Auch die Kamera funktioniert einwandfrei. Sie reagiert sofort auf Bewegung…Fahrzeug…Paket und Tiere. Für mich perfekt. Auch im Dunkeln werden perfekte Videos und Fotos gemacht.Bis jetzt hält der Akku immer noch sehr gut. Ich habe mir auch gleich einen Ersatzakku mitbestellt, sodass ich bei Bedarf immer einen vollen Akku parat habe.Auch die Verbindung mit Alexa klappt ganz von alleine und auch hier wird man sofort informiert, wenn jemand klingelt.Ich kann diese Klingel wärmstens empfehlen.Bis jetzt hatte ich noch kein Gerät oder Glühbirnen von Tapo wo ich nicht mit zufrieden war. Otroligt smidig app, enkel installation. Dörrklocksfunktionen är klockren. Bara rekommendationer till er som funderat på en sån. Bilden är skarp men går inte att zooma så mycket, kanske se registreringsnummer på 4 meters avstånd max.

Après 1 mois de test je suis clairement satisfait de cette sonnette.Ma première de chez Eufy a rendu l’âme et a titre de comparaison je regrette pas d’avoir changé pour ce modèle moins cher et de meilleure qualité.Beaucoup de point fort, notamment la qualité d’image qui même a 25m du hub derrière un mur de pierre est souvent en 2k a partir du mode auto.Elle détecte a la perfection chaque élément et ne se trompe jamais sur l’identification (animal, voiture, personne…)La zone tracé pour détecter les mouvements fonctionne bien mieux depuis la mise a jour donc grosse économie de batterie car avant même en dehors j’avais des alertes soit 20-30 par jour inutilement.On peut régler chaque détail de la détection avec la possibilité en plus de la sensibilité, d’activer la détection ou non d’une personne, un véhicule, un animal les colis ou tout autre mouvement.La partie la plus délicate selon moi était les appels lors d’une absence. Avec Eufy qui est une référence, je pouvais difficilement communiquer, beaucoup de latence et une vidéo extrêmement capricieuse avec des coupures. Désormais c’est fini j’ai un appel, je décroche et la vidéo est top, peu de latence et je peu parler normalement sans attendre que la connexion revienne.Le seul point négatifs que je trouve est de devoir souscrire l’abonnement si l’on veut des notifications “riches”. Avec une vignette qui montre l’image de ce qui est détecté. Là on a la notif avec l’indication si c’est une personne ou autre. C’est tout. On ‘e sait donc pas si c’est un livreur ou une voiture qui fait demi-tour…Esthétiquement c’est assez gros et peu discret en blanc, pour ma part le noir était mieux surtout en extérieur. La fixation n’est pas aussi ergonomique que Eufy mais c’est des détails très vite oublié.Autre point important le hub est minuscule. Il est très discret, fait son job et envoie un bon signal. La qualité de la sonnerie est moins bonne que le gros hub eufy mais logique il est au moins 5 fois plus petit ð Chose importante qui pour moi et beaucoup de gens n’est pas très claire, le hub peut être mis en wifi sans soucis !! Pas besoin de garder le cordon RJ45 qui empêche de rapprocher le hub au plus près de la sonnette.Pas besoin d’abonnement si l’on utilise une micro SD.Actuellement après 32 jours j’ai encore 79%. Pour une batterie équivalente a la eufy elle fait bien mieux.mise à jour : 156 jours d’utilisation = reste 24% là où pour la même autonomie annoncée je ne dépassait pas 100 jours sur mon ancienne sonnette vidéo…J’espère que ce commentaire a été utile et vous a apporté des réponses ð¤
