This was recommended to me by a friend. Very easy to use system with very easy to follow recipes.

This is really worth buying! I’ve tried a couple of recipes out now and have really enjoyed them all. The thing that is a massive bonus for me is that tomatoes don’t feature as the main ingredient which I’ve have found is the case in most of the other books I’ve looked at. Not being a tomato lover, it puts me off a book if that’s all I can see! Well done on a well balanced all rounder!!! There’s definitely lots of recipes to suits everyone’s tastes here 🙂

I like this book, but I’m a visual person, and I like pictures. There are none, thus the four-star rating. However, I love the way the recipes have both grams and ounces, the simplicity of the recipes, the recipe layout, and the concept of coming home to a warm meal on my FastDays. Whoever thought I’d be coming home to a bowl of Corn & Potato Chowder (150 calories per serving), Hock Ham Split Pea Soup (178 calories per serving), or Perfect Pulled Pork (262 calories per serving) on a FastDay. They even thought to include menu plans by how you do your FastDay: skip breakfast, eat lunch & dinner; skip lunch, eat breakfast and dinner; and eat little and often throughout the day. Yes, this book is worth it–even without the pictures.
