This is a fantastic book if you are starting the 5:2 diet, and need help with what to eat on your 500 calorie days, as it gives you a daily meal plan & recipes! A plus is that the recipes are easy & very tasty..

Some really nice recipes in here but certain recipes lacking the key ingredients. On page 68, the Cumin Chickpea salad omits cumin, chickpeas and potatoes, which are obviously the heart of the recipe. Other than that, some lovely ideas in here.
