The plug that you want to use will keeping falling off as the product is not sturdy. Since the product is sold as non-returnable (without replacement even for a damaged product), the money has gone through the drain.

Does it’s job. May not last long but. You can buy if you do not do too many travels. Comes in nicely packed box with company name. The box shows make in India and all those logos. But also shows made in China.

Both converts are faulty..I realized after reaching to UK…highly disappointed
I ordered two converters as I was travelling from India to UK.I am really disappointed to say that both of them are faulty. I cannot test them in India as they are to convert from India to UK( other countries).Now, have to buy converter at a very high price.I request my full refund. I can share pics but I am now living in uk so cannot initiate refund.
