it works fine but not very flexible as stated, the tip is not at all easy to bend. Not sure why this is even advertised as a feature.

You have agreed for replacement of faulty product but no action to replace after so many days. Request refund my money as I have purchased the thermometer from other source. It’s not possible to wait for such long for the most essential item.
