Good Product Quality….But Glass Lid Crack & Loose Feting in Kadhai

Very poor quality.
The lid got bursted after the food was transfered into the kadai after cooking. The kadai was not even used for cooking but only for serving. It couldn’t withstand the heat. The kadai was also not heavy or strong as expected

The quality of item is average when compared to other brand. For these type of items the base is more important and it should thick. It is less a little bit . Otherwise it is good looking item. Have to maintain mid and low flames while cooking. That is what I confused to give rating four or three. But benefit given to the maker.
