The product arrived on time, and I was going to install it the very next day. But somehow I lost one of the 4 brackets that attach the tray to the underside of the desk. I still installed it with just 3 brackets. The height can be adjusted by a CM or so. When screwing the tray to the runners or the mouse tray to the KB tray, keep in mind that this is plastic and you need to keep the screw perfectly straight – else it will find an alternate way out of the screw mold.My plastic tray came with one mouse tray screw mold missing/broken, but thankfully it was on the left side and I’m a right handed person so I only had to install the mouse tray on the right side.The visible portions of the keyboard and mouse tray have a sanded/matte finish which looks nice. There is a keyboard palm rest – I got a keyboard without palm rests. The tray locks in when you push it all the way inside – useful so that it doesn’t keep sliding out if your desk has a tilt etc. Plus You may rest your palm on the keyboard – it feels sturdy enough for that – but it is just plastic with some thin metal holding it up – so it might not survive a good(accidental) hit, beware.And finally the seller is very co-operative – I reached out through the Amazon “Ask seller a question” feature, he responded back the same day, and also called back, where he agreed to ship the bracket at my cost(nominal amount).

Design defect: the mouse tray is so poorly made that it is not fit for purpose.
The mouse tray is unusable. It is poorly designed. Held in place by four small screws screwed into in thin, weak plastic posts (one of which came already broken off) .This attachment method is insufficient to support the tray and it will not hold up to ANY use. There may be a fix that you can do. The tray does not slide out as stated on the Amazon page but pivots into place.The slide out keyboard tray is quite robust enough and its appearance is acceptable; it is mounted to generic stainless steel drawer slides by 4 screws; which seems to be sufficient. There is a pencil tray with a flip up cover! The tray is held by a hidden catch to keep it in place when stowed away under the desk top.There are no installation instructions. If you loose one of the four little proprietry screws that hold the angle to the drawer slide you will be screwed; so be careful when unpacking as there are no extras supplied.

Pen storage shutter of the Tray is always received broken even after Return and replacement.
Pen storage Shutter of the Key Board Tray was broken and returned, but again the replacement received with the same damage that the shutter broken centrally. Think the pen storage shutter made with very bad plastic material while all other part of the Tray is strong. I am fed up with the return again and hence fixed the item without the shutter part.
