Using it for a year
I have used this product very hard but it is working good still. I have replaced it once having a small defect in one earpiece. Even the customer service that Sony provides is awesome. The product quality is terribly good. Some companies won’t take online purchased products in their warranty period saying it doesn’t have any seal for the warranty, but Sony didn’t even ask me for that. They asked me to carry the box which was there while I purchased. Good product all over

Worth the money
I liked the product very much. The sound quality is good enough for the price (not the original price). Bass is tad too heavy & kinda muddy the other tones.Wire quality is not good but decent enough for â¹400/-. They are very thin & tend to stiffen up too much. This stiffness is just bad for a earphone as chances of inside wire & outer rubber jacket getting crack are higher. I doubt they will last any longer than 6 months. [Edit: They stopped working in just 2 months. Apparently the design flaw & the hardness of wire caused the frequent movement of wire inside & out of the buds resulting in wire to break from solder, hence the bud stopped working]As for the mic quality, I find it satisfactory while using inside. Can’t say how long will mic last considering the reputation of mics in Sony Earphones.

Can only last 1 year or below or just above
I bought it 23rd of September 2023 and today 2 nov 24 i ear side died so … Just above n year but sound quality is great for price and the function button not programmable to any thing custom not claimed on its site not on other platforms … Mic is basic not too clear audio by default but when you place mic near or close mouth its great, tried sony mdr xb too and same problem when i bought xb largest in ear it was around 7k with same problem died just over few days of warranty … Also used jbl under 1k in ears and it last almost same .. around year or so but jbl in ear wire is soft n sticky after 6 or near motnhs so dirt magnet but this one is not its always clean and untangled which is. Great thing … Thatnks but dont hope for more operational time above 1 year on normal or heavy use … Only better if you able to break open 1 earpiece n re solder it … Nut then comfort is gone so … You make your choice …SOUND QUALITY IS EXCELLENT BETTER THAN JBL BELOW 1K DEEP BASS N GOOD MIDS N TREBLE

Light, comfortable, economic. Decent Sound.
The earphones are light and fit nicely in the ear. The color is bright, and the sound quality is decent. Decent mids and highs. Bass if fine. Good for long term use, doesn’t hurt the ear. I use it with my MacBook and Phone. The mic quality is also nice.At about 800 bucks, this is a steal.
