Bought a few months back. Have used the expensive ones over the years in my office but when I started my own business then due to budget constraints I picked this one up. Works like a charm and the mic is VERY powerful.Battery life is good and my team can take calls from a distance now. Gets connected in less than 30 seconds while I have struggled with simple BT connection in the more expensive ones! If the team grows, will buy another one 🙂

Heavy noise while using the device
Heavy noise while using the device, it worked ok for an year and then started heavy humming noise.Most of the buttons does not work when connected to laptop using Bluetooth, you have to control from the laptop applications. Service facility is also not there after warranty period ends, so waste of money after using for 1 year and need to spend again…
