Greatly reliable product, with a solid power backup mechanism, looks like.
Reviewing after almost a month’s usage, Resonate RouterUPS is a great product! The battery backup it provides to the Router is upwards of 4+ hours, which was astonishing to me. Also, whenever power vanishes, the Router stays on! It is seamless, as if nothing happened.The installation is very easy, and for those who need there’s a note that tells you how to install it. The product is compact sized, so no worry about space. Looks aesthetic too.And guess what, their Customer Support Team is extremely friendly. Their response to emails, if any, is very quick. They seem eager to help. Overall, a great buy for your Router. Highly recommended.

Nice product and service
It stopped working in 2 weeks. Tried to return via Amazon but the gateway through Amazon was closed. Then connected with resonate and they have provided me the new product.I will say service from resonate is good. They will listen for your concern and will try to help. New product looks fine however it’s first day Ć°ĀĀĀ, hoping it will run longer and longer.Thanks Resonate

Quality at an Affordable Price but the life span of the product is a concern
The backup UPS worked like a charm. Initially, the power backup was up to 4 hours, and as time passed by the backup time reduced. After a year and two months, the backup suddenly failed. There is no power backup as soon as the electricity goes off the internet is off as there is no backup.I was expecting the product to last at least 2-3 years. Satisfied with the performance but disappointed with the longevity.

Ptoduct not worth buying
My WiFi device got damaged due to this product. I had to purchase new WiFi and power backup devices. This is of no use to me and surprised to see there is no return policy for this product.
