Product is as good as new. In fact nobody will be able to tell it is refurbished. Every thing seems to be working and quality of jars etc are very good. There are no scratches even anywhere.There was 1 star rating given by 44% people for the same item in “new” category, so I was so much skeptical before ordering. But everything turned out well.This is feedback on day 2 of delivery. I have just checked the items functionally. Let us see how is the long term ownership experience.Edit after a month of use:We have used normal wet grinding and dry grinding jars, Citrus juicer, carrot grater, slicer etc. Everything is ok. I am satisfied with the product.
