When I recieved this product it had a missing piece (USB chip), so I had to replace it. When the replacement arrived I got the USB chip but this time the mouse which arrived with it was defective. Unfortunately, since I was out of town I could not replace the replacement once again on time and got stuck with a useless mouse. The product felt like a second hand product. Didn’t expect this from Amazon.
