Refurbished like quality.
This product is just a waste of time and money.Charged it for more than 20 hours and there was no response from the UPS.It was even not giving backup of 1 second.Seller dispatched it without checking.

Not working & return mechanism is not safe
Mini UPS was not tripping to backup power. Else circuit is complete and battery charging was happening.Issue observed on return process. Pickup person is not needing OTP sent on your mobile. This is crazy as how one authorizes pickup!

Well performance after installation till today is acceptable and appriciate your products with the brand however disappointed with seller as refurbished meaning was not fulfilled as screws were missing and one power cod was damaged that I had purchased From market.sellers should look at the smart way of selling a fault product. Rest i am ok with it. I was in need as my office work was Impacting and i was running sort of money as well.
