I initially received just the docking station without the power supply. After reaching out to the company, their customer support immediately sent out the power supply. Everything was done quickly, and I had the full package within the same week.Items work great. Great customer service. For sure recommend.

El dock llegó con cargador genérico, no funcionaba el botón de encendido y ya se veÃa maltratado. En mi caso no funcionó el puerto usb c frontal, quizás sólo fue mala suerte. Va de regreso.

Components:Dell Inspiron 15 7000 (This is the non 2 in 1 version with the 7590) with a single TB3 port.WD19TB(2) B247W 24″ 16:10 IPS MonitorIn short this dock works with a single TB3 connection for both power and data. Everything worked out of the box for me since all my drivers were up to date after trying to get the Caldigit TS3 Plus working.I initially started off with the Caldigit TS3 Plus based on the overwhelming positive reviews from various websites, but was disappointed since i still needed the DC barrel and TB3 for everything to work with power. I also needed a USB-C to Displayport to get both monitors working. With this docking station i am able to use the Displayport cables that came with the monitors so no adapters are needed. I do not use an SD card often so that may be a deduction for some. I like that this unit also has a power button located on the top. It came with the 180w, but had read another review stating that theirs shipped with a 130w, so this would need to be verified.I ordered the WD19TB refurbished and so far everything works as advertised.
