ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT & THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS:The machine I received was faulty, it made a lot of noise (as if an electric saw in buzzing from inside) & it was missing WiFi 5G connection capabilities (because of the WiFi adaptor they sent with it).I raised a request for replacement but the process has been an unnecessarily challenging experience.It seems like an elaborate scheme to just sell customers non-working low quality products.I would strongly discourage anyone to buy from them.

Wifi and display automatically on and off
It is a very poor product, its Wi-Fi is not connected, in the last you can see, I have to manually collect my Wi-Fi from the wire, its display turns off automatically and I called customer support and got help from Amazon. Got it but the person who was transferred later was such a bad personDidn’t get any response from them and told me that they will give you a response after 48 hours, what check will it be changed or repaired or will it be fixed, neither any response came nor any reply came nor returned, at last out of compulsion I have to run a lot. my are having a bad experience, please think carefully not purchased thi product
