Amazing
Firstly the presentation of the box and packing was extremely good.For the initial review, the keyboard feels very responsive and clicky as it’s a semi-mechanical type of keyboard.The palm rest is also pretty comfortable and can be used for long hours without any problem.The Razer software is also pretty great and the lighting opinions on the keyboard are also spectacular.Update1:The 0 key along with the parenthesis stopped working less than a month after purchase to not sure if it’s a manufacturing defect or quality issue. Have started the warranty process, and hopefully, all goes well.ACRO handles RMA in India for Razer and we would have to ship the product to them at our expense, if there were issues found they would ship it back after repair/replacement bearing the charges from their end.

Good experience with the Ornata V2
I was initially doubtful of how good this keyboard would be as it is a membrane keyboard but after buying it, I’m glad to say that I have no regrets. The Razer Ornata V2 is an amazing keyboard with the same tactile feedback of an mechanical keyboard, you can hardly tell the difference. I would really recommend buying it as it is a really good keyboard for the price.

Excellent keyboard but Issue with the volume dial.
Great keyboard! Someone who games sometimes and also a working professional can really appreciate this keyboard. Excellent responsiveness, quiet (compared to mechanical keyboards), and comfortable even in prolonged use.But I have an issue with the volume control dial, which is unpredictable for me. In the attached video, I’m trying to dial the volume down, but it sometimes goes up, and it’s not even smooth. I thought maybe the lights were messing with the sensors so I turned RGB off but I still have the same issue.
