Good wireless keyboard with mechanical keys
EDITING MY REVIEW:I purchased this for around 14k and it’s been terrible. Multiple complaints regarding it on Reddit as well. Lots of bugs, sometimes the keys don’t work, sometimes the keyboard double types or spams the same key. Ideally I would RMA it, but just don’t want to deal with the hassle of it and not be witha keyboard. Might as well RMA it__________________One if not the only <(TKL/75%) wireless mechanical 2.4Ghz keyboard available in India(I didn't try the RK keyboards, they weren't available).Got the linear yellow switches, I would have preferred if they offered tactile as well. But clicky and linear are the only options available. They keys are good, I like using them, its not too noisy, just enough. But the keyboard is thick, I might require a wrist rest. It's a shame Logitech G915 TKL with it's low profile switches is not available in India. It's expensive, but does its job, adequate but nothing great, I really wish it wasn't as thick though.

Buggy nightmare, Average at best product
This review is after 2 years of usageWhen you get the product its awesome. Works as expected. Good mechanical keyboard. Great lighting. Fast wireless mode for gaming. The product goes from a 5star to at best a 3 star product after you use it for a while.First to the software side of things, sometimes when razer pushes new updates to the software the keyboard just stops working. Sometimes the keyboard will work but all the lights will be off. To fix sometimes you have to turn off the keyboard and on, unplug then 2.4Ghz dongle and plug it back in or just straight up kill the razer software running in the background and it’ll start working. The fix to the software issues can be anyone of the things mentioned above or a combination of two.For the hardware side of things, after a few months the battery on the keyboard stopped charging. The charge would be stuck at 1% and never go beyond that. Eventually got an RMA and got my 1st replacement. That worked a few months. I would say it worked even for a year. I think they figured out the battery issue cause this 1st replacement keyboard never got that. The problem with this one was after a year of usage it started double clicking. First it was only a couple of keys. Eventually a good amount of the keys started double clicking. Am assuming it a hardware issue and not a software issue. So now I am on my 2nd replacement keyboard (3rd in total) and this has been working fine. Fingers crossed. I’ve only been using it for 3-4 months (this 3rd one). The one good thing I can say about this whole ordeal is that the razer RMA process has been mostly hassle free. Say what the issue is, mail the product to them and they’ll send a replacement. Also one important things is if you register the keyboard with razer, you will get 2 years warranty instead one. This is great. Take it cause you’ll need it.

Double press issue in less than 2 months of usage.
Bought it for the low latency over a wireless connection and for the quiet sound profile. First impressions were very good but then some switches went bad and there is negligible support from Amazon and the Official Distributor.ISSUE: In less than 2 months of usage, some switches started to double press (2 inputs detected on 1 key press).WARRANTY: I contacted amazon for support but they were totally clueless about Razer warranty and told me to register a complaint on Razer.com, a USA website. That was big waste of time since they don’t deal with Indian warranty claims. So I had to look around myself and was able to find out through Reddit that I have to register a complaint with Acro, who is the official distributor for Razer in India. So I filed a complaint and they promptly asked me to courier the product for inspection. The keyboard reached them 11 days ago but afterwards they told me that a replacement is unavailable and offered me some other models. I rejected their offer and now I have no idea when I will get a replacement. So, I’d advice everyone to stay away from this product in particular and avoid buying Razer products from Amazon in general, since there is no after sales support. In my experience you will get much better after sales support if you buy from a shop in Nehru Place.

Double Typing, Hyperspeed not compatible with PS5
Double Typing issue is bugging quite a lot and the Hyperspeed dongle is not compatible with PS5 in case you intend to use it for playing games on Playstation 5. Very expensive for its quality.

I have used the keyboard for only a few months and it is already failing.1. When I turn on PC on the keyboard isn’t responsive despite being plugged in via USB C. I have to unplug it and flick between 2.4Ghz Bluetooth and wired before it eventually starts working.2. It is loud. I own 3 other Razer keyboards (all Huntsman) They are much quieter and don’t sound so horrible when they bottom out.3. The RGB in the Synapse just has a mind of its own. None of my other Razer products have an issue but this keyboard just decided one day it no longer wants to play.4. The stupid angle where my wrist goes is the worst ergonomic design of all time. Whoever thought it was a good idea needs to be fired. I can’t push my wrist rest all the way up against my keyboard and it drives me insane. If I could return it I would. For how expensive it is, I expect a lot better. Also I don’t use this keyboard that much so it would only have a few hours of use over the months I’ve owned it.

Key not working after 1 month. Keyboard double types, or very delayed in response. I would not recommend this keyboard at all to anyone.

I have it connected with the usb dongle, fully charged, and disconnects all the time. Razer support is useless. Should of went for corsair!
