Decent headphones at a reasonable price
This is my fourth headphone that I’ve bought for gaming and I’m quite impressed by the audio quality, not just in gaming but while listening to music aswell. Played CS2 and some other games and the footsteps can be heard clearly. Headphone is light and fits well too. Only problem I’ve faced is the area around my ears start hurting but it’s probably just because i wear glasses. 5/5 headphones.

Best for PUBG PC
I bought it for PUBG PC for Ra.3599/- during independence sale, and I must say that I am almost satisfied with this.Tip- I don’t use 7.1 or THX app for Equalizer rather I use Dolby Atmos app (paid) with Music present option. The foot steps sound is really good with this setting at 56-60% windows volume by keeping game’s original sound intact. Comfort is great, no pain or sweet in ears after longer use also.I earlier used Redgear cosmo 7.1, JBL Quantum 810 and Razer Barracuda X (2022), out of which, best in term of sound is cosmo7.1 and 2nd best is Razer Blackshark V2x USB. But if you prefer comfort, blackshark v2 x USB is best.Just 1 issue I noticed with this headset on every setting is that, the overall sound suppresses a bit for 1-2 seconds after every loud sound in the game. For exp, footsteps are not noticeable immediately after gunshots or grenade sound but everything goes normal in a second or two. I will be uploading a video soon for this on YT channel – Yoddha PC Gaming.Solutions for low sound after gunshots or grenade-> sound settings of your headphones-enhancements- loudness equalization (already ticked)-settings below- set release time to shortest. Now this headphones is perfect for PUBG

Bad quality sound
Budget friendly but if you are someone who values fps game and footsteps then buy something more expensive and better.

Pretty good stuff. !
The Razer Blackshark V2 X is an excellent choice for gamers seeking high-quality audio without breaking the bank. The sound quality is superb, delivering crisp highs, clear mids, and deep bass, making every gaming session more immersive. The microphone is also top-notch, ensuring clear communication with teammates. The headset is lightweight and comfortable for long gaming hours, but it can feel a bit tight for some head sizes initially. This might be more noticeable for those not accustomed to over-ear headphones, but with a little use, you’ll quickly get used to it.Overall, it’s a fantastic headset, offering great value for its price!

Decent, but has issues
These headphones do their job well–the sound quality is good, but the bass is fairly unremarkable. It can get as loud as you need it to. The build quality is great for a plastic body; it feels great to wear and handle. The metal adjustment railings, as flimsy as they look, are sturdy enough (though in my case, the clamps lose grip over time and need to be readjusted once every few hours). The clamping force is comfortable. The microphone is alright and perfectly serviceable. I don’t personally believe it has a ton of clarity, but it will do the job just well. However, these headphones have their demerits. First things first, the 7.1 Surround Sound is a gimmick and a liability; the 7.1 SS driver that Razer asks you to install was, in my case, really unstable and led to my operating system blue screening several times in a week because of driver issues. A reinstall did not fix the issue. The 7.1 SS does not sound too good in games either. Just stick to stereo and you’ll be fine.Second, the microphone input volume is abysmally low. In order to be audible on Discord, you need to raise your input volume to the maximum, and even then you’ll still be hard to hear. This can be mitigated by using EqualizerAPO, but that is not a universal solution, because it does not apply to clips recorded by NVIDIA’s Shadowplay. If you care about your Instant Replays like I do, be warned: you will barely be heard in your clips, even if your friends can hear you perfectly fine over Discord.I think that’s all the issues I encountered. It’s an alright pair of headphones, and if you don’t care much about recording gameplay, this is a decent choice (though there are probably better alternatives!)

Got on the two-day sale, and happy I did. Wireless is great and all, but the constant recharging and bluetooth issues – this is a very nice solution for me. Comfortable, sounds fine to my ears, yet to test the mic, and the green cable has a solid tactile feel to it.

I’ve had several Razer products over the decades and i’ve never been disappointed. My last Razer headset lasted over 10 years! my previous headset was a Corsair and only served me for 2 years (with 4 changes of it’s ear pads…)This headset’s build quality feels good, don’t confuse the light weight as cheap, it’s light for a reason. Lovely soft ear pads which fits great, they are not causing any sweaty ears even after many hours of use.The microphone i have been told is very good, smooth and clear not tinny. Here’s why i give it 4 stars, the volume control on the headset will adjust Windows volume sliders when used, my old Corsair headset would only adjust it’s own internal volume and not mess with Windows sliders, it’s no big deal i just preferred the old way. Also, i wanted to Mic boost a little just so friends in Discord were all happy with my volume but at 100% Mic volume in both Windows and Discord and i couldn’t put it any further, i tried the Synapse software which Razer offers for it’s products but apparently this headset is not supported by that software… so i have no ability to Mic Boost. All in all, for under £50 i’m certainly happy, my last Razer headset was a Kraken and that cost me double this price and was no better in my opinion.

I was actually looking for the wireless headset but managed to come across these instead. These have been great to use for any PC games and also for video conferences for work.
