Overall Good product
Product is good. Mic stopped working 2 days after receipt. Ordered a replacement and the seller dispatched it without any delay. Received a tampered package. Refused to accept delivery. Issue was more to do with the delivery partner. A constructive feedback for the seller to pack the item in a sealed paper or plastic bag so that the delivery personnel dont have a chance. As we were waiting for the replacement to be shipped again, the Mic started working. Frankly not sure issue was with the product or PS5. Should have verified it on other device.Amazon support did help in all possible way.Sound quality is good. Comfortable to wear. Overall produt quality is good.

Not worth it
Do Not buy these headphones. There is absolutely no difference from any other mediocre headphones. Music is hell. THX spatial sucks. Just avoid. In my opinion SteelSeries is the best unfortunately it is not available in India these days.

Unpairing automatically
Hello, I’ve connected this device to my laptop, but it’s not automatically connecting. It keeps asking me to connect it again. Meanwhile, when I’m on a call, it keeps dropping off. This is not a good experience, so please check before you buy it.

These are decent headphones for the money. My unit was bought as a gift and arrived with the charge cable missing.Amazon said to contact Razer, which I did.The Razer solution was to return the item to Amazon (internationally as I bought them from overseas sale). It was a gift, and given it was only missing a $10 cable, I didn’t want to go through the waste of returning a working headset and having to wait on another. It was also a hassle as the item was a gift and I didn’t want to have to take the gift back before receiving a replacement.I tried to persuade Razer to send the Razer USB charge cable that they sell on their website and they would not guarantee that it would work with their headset… despite the website saying it was compatible. For reference, the charge cable is a standard USB-A to USB-C cable. The Razer just one looks fancier and costs 4 times as much. So, this wireless headset is apparently really good and comfortable.A packing error saw a cable missed – it happens.Razer support did try to be helpful by offering a return of the whole unit, but their internal processes forced them to offer an unhelpful and wasteful solution in my opinion.

The headset is good and responds to tuning well enough (I use Steelseries GG Sonar to tune and add 7.1 surround – I find I get better results with it and it’s free – unlike the THX), loudness is decent and the mic is amazing, people have commented quite a bit on the clarity – said I sounded like I’m hosting a podcast. I love the lightweight and battery life is decent, as well as the range. The bluetooth works well for taking calls on my phone while busy on my pc and it’s quite seamless. I must say it would have been better to have the mic removable though, but that is just a minor gripe. I’ve compared this to the EPOS h6pro’s and turtle beach stealth 600 v3’s and sound quality is almost at the EPOS, but better than the turtle’s, comfort I would say its just less than the h6pro’s because of the smaller earcups but the light weight is very nice (280grams or something), it’s way more comfortable than the turtle’s, overall I’m happy with the purchase and it looks pretty cool as well. I’m just hoping the thing lasts.

Review based on ps5 consoleComparing to steel series artic’s 7p and turtle beach 700 max and Logitech g2 this by far best base and mids I got after I play a little with EQ settingsIt’s loud enough for console with punchy base without affecting mids or tripleAwesome app for change EQ settingsI use it mainly for fps games and really I was amazed with sound profile and stagingHave many presets for most for most fps games with additional custom for your likingFor the price and quality it’s a dope headsetOne more thing it’s was far comfortable comparing to steelseris nova 7

The headset is fine but the 2.4 wireless dongle is useless and flakey. The housing of the headset needs a specific cable so when the cable inevitably dies the headset cannot use most other USB c cables. Support is hard to contact do not buy
