I ordered this product in April. We have used it daily and changed the filter, and it worked great at keeping the odors down in my house with 3 dogs, and also it helped with the dust created by them. It is very quiet, you can barely hearing it running at all when on medium. For some odd reason, one day last week, it developed a loud banging/rattle inside and shut off and did not turn back on. I contacted the company, and they told me they would send me a new one and sent me a label to ship that one back. They had the replacement shipped out within a day, no problems at all – they have a great customer service ethic and very friendly and prompt to deal with. I would definitely recommend this purifier and company!

The product is lightweight cheap plastic. The company ship to the UK yet the device requires a voltage step-down unit to cope with the 110V rated USA device. Company either dumb or dishonest. Factor in additional £50-100 for device to step down UK 240V. So far not seen source for replacement HEPA filters on Amazon either.

I like the design, looks good and instructions are clear. I have it on auto but can be set on different speeds. Love that there is a color coded light to let you know the quality of the air in the room. My sister has one and told me about it so that’s why I chose this one. I’m using it in the bedroom and in my opinion, it does seem to be filtering the air well. Low noise which I like because I do like some white noise in the bedroom. There is a night selection if you prefer. Good value for the money and I’m happy with the purchase and the way it’s working. I would buy this again.
