This product was easy to connect to my laptop, monitors, and wireless devices. It works great! Very portable and lots of item support options. Highly recommend.

Tried multiple hubs, only this one actually works. I am currently connecting nine devices with the hub: four external hard drives, two mouses, a stylus pen tablet, a webcam, and a SD card reader. All of them work great and smoothly, no clicking from the hard drives, no delays from the stylus and mouses. I was a little worried when I saw some of the reviews mentioned issues with external drives, probably they didn’t connect the external power, which is needed. Each port has a switch with a press to turn on and press & hold to turn off, which is actually very considerate as it prevent you from accidently turn a port off when a hard drive is reading/writting.The material is solid, not cheap at all. I don’t like the glossy finishing though. It will be much nice if it is matte. The LED lights on each port are a little too bright, which is not necessary and sometimes bothersome.Overall a great USB 3.0 hub, at least comparing to all other hubs I have tried.

UPDATED Update:EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Customer Service! If I could rate it 11 I would!Just made it through hurricane Idalia and the vendor came through in spite of the mess. Would buy again! Very good with communication, and the product works as expected.Thank you, SO MUCH, to Lucy and the team at ambs!Update:After contacting the vendor, they requested I run some rudimentary diagnostics – try a different USB port, make sure it was USB 3.0, connect it to a different PC, etc.It allowed me to find that several of the USB ports had indeed failed.I communicated this to the vendor, and included the image, where you can see that the newer unit has a different shade of blue on the indicator lights. The power was not getting to the ports, apparently? In any event, they sent a replacement, immediately. As I mentioned in my first review of this hub, it is VERY good. I run about 12TB external HDDs for image and video production storage and need to have a reliable USB hub. This one is definitely a workhorse!Outstanding customer support, and would buy again!SEE UPDATE ABOVE — I liked this when it was working correctly. It’s been a bit over a year, and the USB connection to the PC is wonky. If I add a flash drive, it doesn’t recognize the device. I tried using Device Manager to add/remove, but it only sees 5 drives, not any more than that. I have Aukey hub as well, and it works fine.I love the illuminated buttons/USB ports, but I guess I am going to have to get something else fairly soon.

It works very well. The only negative issue is when transferring files between disk drives. When transferring between two large drives (8 TB) through this device, I get a lot of buffering and pauses on the data transfers (large ARW and TIF files). It may be the usb controller on the laptop that causes the issue. I move the target drive connector to a separate USB port on the laptop to avoid the issue. Also, this does not charge as well as the Anker hub this replaced which had separate charging (versus data transfer) ports. It is passable, just slower.

Works great, but I have to subtract 1 star (really should be 2 stars) because of SUPER-BRIGHT blue light! Each of the ten ports are completely surrounded on all 4 sides with way too strong and blinding blue light. If you use this in an office and just during daylight hours, it’s perfect. And each of the ten ports has its own separate ON/OFF switch so let’s say you have some LED gooseneck flex light to illuminate your desk at night. You don’t have to deal with finding the obscure on/off switch on the light fixture. You can just turn it on or off with the switch right next to that hub.But if you have a home office and your workstation is in your bedroom, as it is in mine, then when your room light is turned off and you’re in bed trying to get to sleep, you have 10 ultra-bright shining BLUE LED lights staring at you across the room. And they glow up the whole wall or desktop. It’s a real shame they don’t understand sensory design, because yes, you want to know if the ports are receiving power and the stuff you plug in is making positive contact with your computer, but little microscopic blue dots are all you need — and this amount of total surround blue light around every port is insane. Not everyone has this issue of LED lights, blue or red, lighting up your room to the point it’s hard to even fall asleep without putting a towel or mask over your eyes. I’ve tried taping with black electrical tape to block all of that blue light, but then you cannot easily remove or insert a USB connector into the slot.
