Great First Impressions
Just received the cord and in all honesty, it does feel sturdy. The wire is threaded but it doesn’t feel uber premium. As it should be. It feels great for its price and all four points have a clean, metallic finish to it. The lightning bit fits snug into its port and all 8 pins seem to appear functional. I took a short amperage test and it did provide a decent 12.93 Watts charging capacity. For context, the original lightning cable that came with the phone hit a cool 16.14 Watts. The data transfer speed is great and works really well with my laptop. The USB C bit however is a bit larger than usual and fits tight, but its manageable. I’m also aware that most people face issues post a month or two. I’ll try and keep you guys updated. Based solely on first impressions, its a really good product.
