Great concept; mine broke by installers
The design of this towel rod is fantastic. I needed something short with multiple arms so I could hang in the bathroom to hold clothes, towel, etc. When not needed it can be flat. And the arms can be swung out to different distances so you can keep the clothes and towel separate (if something is wet). It was so ideal and perfect! When they installed it on my bathroom door, first month it was ok, worked great. Then it got stiff. Then it fell off. I had to keep putting the arms back on the knob holders. I though the installers had forgotten a screw or something. I got a carpenter finally 6 months later, to fix it. He said the screw is inside, but broken. Not sure if it came that way, or the installer broke it. Either way, I am out my money and the product. So can’t decide if I should buy another one or get a different one altogether.Expensive installer, too, who was doing full bathroom remodel. Lots of things broke, so I suspect the installer.
