A jinni in metal alloy body
A MacBook user looking for connecting with worldly gadgets needs many other ports apart from USB type C and here comes this hub addressing all your needs.Where all the china reproducers and packers selling the similar products or even without ethernet port in greater prices, this age old tested brand comes for a reasonable price. Mine was fetched for ₹899 with some coupon applied. It has one stop shop for all the required connectivity requirements in a sturdy alloy housing and matalic gray colour. Cable is short but thick and strong support on oth the end.Small in size with useful features for every Mac user having only Type C ports. Why to go for costly items if reliable Phillips brand name is behind you.

Substandard Quality. Stopped working within 10 days of purchase
I was initially impressed with the fit and finish when I first received it. It worked fine for the initial couple of days. From 4th day onwards I started facing overheating issues and intermittent disconnections on the HDMI port. However, the device stopped working exactly on the 10th day and ever since there has not been any support provided by either Amazon or Philips. After multiple calls & emails finally, there was a response to contact some local service centre and the ticket was closed without any resolution. It now feels like a waste of money as this is a poorly built substandard product with pathetic customer service.A BIG Thumbs Down for this product.

Just fine for the price but definitely not the best!
Writing this after 1-2 months of use. I started having problems yesterday. If I put the HDMI all the way in, it doesn’t work. So I have to keep it a little out. Not that it causes any problem but still a compromise. The Cord is quite rigid which makes me afraid of damaging the macbook’s port. Bought it because of Philip’s brand name and the price. But I would recommend to go for Anker if you can spend over 2k.

Go fot it
Go for it but if you have thunderbolt port its best

This is misleading product.
As the product have three USC-A 3.0 ports, one HDMI port and USB-C port. I found out you can only charge with USB-C port. It can’t be used for data transfer. I checked it on various devices.
