Bought this after reading a recipe for a very simple curry and decided to try it out. First use used a bit much of it and it made my whole kitchen pungent of mustard, stang my nostrils in not an unpleasent way, and felt I was breathing better than ever after.It adds a lovely subtle mustard taste to curries. You don’t need much, maybe only a teaspoon when sweating down some onions, and it adds a noticable component to dishes, would highly recommend
