Poor quality of product. Charging problem of device.
Very poor quality. Charging port internally loose resulting in lack of charging.The item itself has been rejected and refund obtained from Amazon.I need return of the money paid for warranty. When the product itself is rejected and returned back, the question of warranty repair or replacement does not arise.
