The chair is absolutely value for money and very easy to assemble.The chair is very comfortable and versatile. The reclining feature is very good to relax and the lumbar and neck supports are adequate. The material is firm enough to support your back.The only feature lacking is a thigh support.The dimensions also make it possible to use other lumbar support in case you need more of the support.

Amazon Installation Issue
Product is excellent and fully comfortable. Product purchased with free installation delivered on oct 8 and since than no one came to install only amazon executive called 2-3 times. Finally lodged a complain and even after 4-5 days of complain person called on Nov 6 for installation which was of no use as i got it installed from local person now. Free installation seems just a game to attract customer. Next time I will buy it from shop or Flipkart rather than Amazon. Extremely disappointed with the service response. Still say product is good.

Best Gaming Chair Yet
I was utterly suprised that our beloved Indian brand Nilkamal makes gaming chairs also, and boy was I not disappointed with this purchase 😀It is the best gaming chair I have used in terms of comfort and the quality of every part of the chair is very durable.I can sit for hours and game now without any back problems. I am happy Amazon showed me this chair😉Highly recommend people to buy this. It is also very cost effective

Not Make in India Product
I was thinking of buying a make-in-India product. The product detail mentions that this is manufactured in India by Nilkamal but when I receive the box, it is mentioned that this is manufactured in China and sold here by just putting a Nilkamal label. A citizen is concerned about make in India initiative but the brand is providing wrong information on product page and doing business.
