Sehr gut zum trainieren geeignet. War erst skeptisch, aber 4mm reichen vollkommen.Einziges Problem:Beim schwitzen wird die Matte sehr rutschig.

Trop fin trop rigide : il ne tient pas bien àplat, et n’amortit pas vraiment les mouvements. Glisse sur le sol. Joli ok, mais sans reel interet.

Habe die Matte gekauft, weil ich bei Homeworkouts am Parkettboden Angst vor Schäden am Holz hatte und viel gerutscht bin. Die Matte selbst ist sehr gut, das Ausrollen bis sie wirklich flach gelegen ist hat recht lange gedauert. Leider ist das Material aber nicht grifffest genug und nicht genoppt oder gerillt, und hält auf Fliesen- und Holzboden nur sehr wenig, deswegen vier Sterne.
