Four year old trash received.
Ordered two items, one of it has structural damage. Both the items look like they have been used for a long time. No proper manufacturing date on packaging. Outer box was well packed but the product packet was in very bad shape. A hologram dated 12/2020 has been stuck on the side for both. Today is 1/11/2024. Four year old trash piece sent.

Bad experience with MX!
My replacement surge protector arrived today which was to replace the normal power strip they sent earlier. This time they sent correct product but defective!!! There is no continuity on ground when tested with multimeter and both green and red lights are on meaning open ground. Hence applied for refund. I have been using MX products for several years. Now it seems they are least bothered about their product quality and custer satisfaction. Time search for an alternative best company.
