worst product and very worst service
I bought this product on October 22nd and it reached me on October 24th. This monitor screen had a small dot there so I gave it to the nearest service center on October 25th.Then I got a new monitor on November 18th. Its right side screen had a small screen cut there so I started using it as it was supposed to.But later some ants started running inside the screen.Then I returned the monitor to the service center on November 20th.I have not used this product well for a day. If you ask for a refund from MSI customer, they say that we will deduct the amount you have used the product and return the remaining amount.The worst brand and service I have ever seen is MSI.Please do not buy this MSI product. Do not waste your time.If you accidentally need to purchase this product, make temporary arrangements because the replacement policy of this brand means that it may take at least 15 to 1 month for your product to be replaced.

Amazing Product with 3years warranty
The quality of this MSI PRO MP225 model so unbelievably PREMIUM. Picture quality is amazing. Unibody design so perfect. Comes with all essential features including 100hz refresh rate and Blue eye protection etc many more at this price point. HDMI port is not supported running on VGA only.May be I’m interfacing it with my very old MacBook Pro mid 2012 model.Great purchase at this price category

I bought this monitor, and after one month it is not working. I raised this issue for MSI customer support, but it didn’t give me any solution.I wasted my money and time.In my case MSI Customer Service is not good in our country.I am suggesting to buy any other company monitor that has good customer service in India.

agar paisa deke Aisa defective product mile toh bahut bura lagta hai, upar se koi service centre wala phone na uthaye uska dukh alag , pachta raha hu, kash mai monitor mai local shop se purchase kar leta atlist unke pas after sale service toh milta. guys ye monitor kharidne se pahle 10 baar soch lena .
