Worst product ever
The product I have received is a defective product when I plugged it in my system it was showing error and was not reading on the system, when I asked Amazon to return it firstly no one showed for the return pickup and then later I was asked to wait till 31st October for the resolution of this issue and now I am being told that it can’t be returned as per the seller it was dispatched correctly, but my point is although it was dispatched correctly but I haven’t received a functional portable hard disk and above that it a returnable product so why can’t Amazon is not doing anything about this and leaving a loyal customer high and dry like this good for nothing situation. Worst service and product ever , do not buy this at all. They sell you cheap non functional product and don’t refund later.
