All good except defective rear wheel
The product color is as expected and looks premium. Installation is easy and the stroller is a bit on heavier side to carry for an average person but ok.But the product we ordered has clear visible damage to the rear wheel and is out of shape.. expecting a replacement in a couple of days with the one which is non-defective.

Pathetic after sales support service
Product was defective . There is issue with folding of the stroller. Raised a complaint on 18th September. There is still no response from the luvlap team. What is more striking is they are unable to service inside a metro city like Kolkata where their headquarters is. Technician does not pick up call . Never buy luvlap products.
