Poor built quality
The product built quality is very poor and it’s rivets have started to get loose and shake after a few weeks of use.Cloth on the handles had loose stitching and it also tore off in a few days, had to customize the handle cloth too.The alignment of the tyres are also not straight making it difficult to move in a straight line.Tried registering a complaint on the company website but they are also totally unresponsive.Overall a over rated and poor quality product.

Great Product with Excellent Customer Service
The stroller is nice and comfortable. After using it for a month, one part got damaged, but Luvlap promptly replaced the damage part. I am satisfied with their customer service and the quick resolution. Overall, a great experience!
