I brought the product in jan 2023After use its wheels got broke, but as it was in warranty period the service by the company was awesome. The person who assisted me was very polite and helpful. He got me replaced the broken part.

Price too high & not satisfied with brand service
Received the first pack and within a day came to know that the height adjustment is jammed. Music buttons are not proper so continuously music is on after putting batteries..Returned & Got replacement.Replacement product was sent which was dirty and can make out that it’s a definately some customer returned pack handed over to us. Within 10days the music stopped and now the feature of music is useless. Wheels of this pack is too smooth which is also a risk part.Writing about the product the body is good for baby to take it’s load and they won’t fall off. Easy assembled. Seat is ok like the foam is only at the back to rest and only left is cloth. Appearance wise attractive.

Walker quality is good and best, but music system is not working….!! Thatswhy I give 3 star….! No one checking before parcel or manufacturing defect …? Over all quality is good..
