worked fine for first time, my thrill does not last long, second use there is nothing, hot plate not working, return period is over, so contacted company and informed everything, after few details and procedure, they refunded my money and pickup was done very quickly , like issue closed in one day. support is good, they do need to work on product parts for quality, and the product outer body is weak and poor, made of al not steel. upper parts are fine. i would be very satisfied if it is working fine. i think all egg boilers are same. better go for induction based.

Heating plate doesn’t work
There r no options to return or replace this item . Day 1 and the heating plate not worked. Warranty is useless .Bad quality no value of money no option to connect with seller.

Very bad quality, we understand plastic move inside, no auto-stop, they stop only when water finished. Very high to delivery 1 month
