Got the authentic LG Descaler powder. I have a LG washing machine, and hard water issue is a big problem where I stay. So I use this cleaner bi-monthly so as to keep my machine in good condition. I order 2 packets in one go. One packet’s paper cover was a torn, but the packets were intact. I believe it was an old stock and thus the wear and tear. Its easy to use as well since you just have to pour it in the machine and run a tub clean cycle, that’s it. Cost wise it is a little expensive I would say, but a trustful buy for sure.
