Product packaging was good and it was delivered in a good condition. The mattress was intact without any damage. Value for money and retains shape. Mattress is firm. Overall sleeping experience is good.

Durability of the product
The product was delivered on 20/03/2023. But after using it after 3/4 months the mattress has developed pressed uneven gaps (holes) and the surface is uneven for which sleeping on it become difficult. In my opinion it is not a quality product. Since the warranty is 2 years, I request Amazon to take up the matter with the seller to do something for the need.
