When I initiated the return of damaged item, it is not processed yet and showing unable to deliver. The item received was in damaged condition. Even amazon is not able to resolve it since 27.04.24. Zipper is not working and material is worn out near zipper side. If you don’t take action, I have no option left other than escalating this issue.
