Defective item and poor customer service.
They send me a defective product. The sensors won’t work and it moves only I one direction. The supplier won’t offer replacement and they have made the process of refund hard to avoid returns.

I bought 1 for my nephew who is one year old and he liked it very much. It have safe mechanism which stops motor and crab legs once child grabs it.I bought one more my girl again , she like to chase it and grab it.
