Super grip non slip and absorbent
My first use of this mat and I loved it. It has increased my stability by 50 fold as compared to my previous mat. This mat does not slip off the floor and you can also do a headstand without loosing your grip on it. Being the first review from India for this product, I would completely recommend it for all the yoga enthusiasts. Cushioning also helps and poses can be done easily without pain. A must buy for those who are confused which one to go for our of the options available.

This mat is thicker than a standard yoga mat, but not as thick as a Pilates mat. I have a thick prana mat that I bought years ago for the added cushioning for my bad knees and bony spine. I needed a second mat but didnât want to pay $65, so I tried this. Itâs pretty decent, doesnât smell at all, and has just enough added padding without being so much that it affects your balance. If you have really sensitive knees, youâll want something thicker.

I was looking for a workout mat to replace my 1cm thick one. I was attracted to the extra knee pad. My previous one would slip on the floor, stretched during many moves and made it impossible to hold many strength and yoga moves safely. This one grips well to me and the floor, doesn’t move around and eventhough it is thinner, it is easier on my knees and I don’t need the extra pad. I am no longer slipping on the mat or the floor! Excellent mat – great price!
