The packaging is the fault here but it ruins the feathers and that’s the best part of the product. Otherwise, it is good. It’s still a good buy, you just have to take some time to make the feathers come into the proper shape.

Damaged product received
The middle ring was detached from upper big ring when I opened the package. The silver beads are coming out. Colour and feather material is pleasant and attached fairy light is good, product is light weight but overall quality should be improved. The way the beads and threads have been stitched is not strong. The packaging could be made better to avoid product damage. More bubble wrap should have been used or it should have been packed in a box instead of normal plastic bag. Based on reviews I had high expectations and was really excited to receive the dreamcatcher but I’m quite disappointed and have initiated a refund.
