Defective product and return canceled
I had received a defective product. The suspension mechanism of the chair was not working at all. I tried to return the product but even after a month of follow up with the customer care, the return was cancelled without providing any reason whatsoever. I recommend you to not to buy this chair.

I got the chair but the screw and screw driver was missing I contacted them through Amazon customer care and they send the screw and driver separately and I am able to keep the chair and quality wise it is very good and the customer care service of IAFA furniture is wonderful.
